Veterans Day, even though I am in Iceland, I still do what I can to remember those who have served before me, some came home, others did not. Others are still fighting some wars in their head, whether it was Vietnam, or Iraq.

I still have my moments, but that will always be there. Anyway, take the time to text, email, whatever form of media, to say "Thank you" to the veterans of past, present and future conflicts.

And give support to the families who has lost loved ones. You would be surprised, by saying simple words like "Thank you", or "My prayers are with you", those words last a life time....trust me. I know, and all the other Veterans that you have contact with here on Apsense, they know as well.

So to my bretheren in the military, I Thank you, I am honored to have served with you, and to those who have past on, we will see each other again.

Thank you Christopher. I'm honored to know we both served our country honorably in the US Army. And on a sad note I send my prayers to all at Ft Hood in the wake of last weeks tragic event.
