Be aware of checks you receive in the mail. It's the time of year that scammers are very busy. You have to think about these checks. The first risk is that the check will bounce, also remember that when that bank processes your check, the routing number and bank information is added to that check. If these scammers have an account set up that sends cancelled checks back to them, they will have all of your banking information.

You are welcome, educating people on the risks and consequences is what a CITRMS does in addition to helping them understand exactly what protection different identity theft plans offer. A lot of us are with PPL because we understand the that combination of An identity theft restoration plan combined with a legal plan is the most complete protection you can get.
